Google Analytics is a free service that allows you to track your visitors, how they found your website, which country they visited from and their network location.
We can sign you up for this as part of our service.
Your website needs to be found as soon as possible by search engines which can be a long process from initial upload. Google offers a facility to upload a sitemap in XML (Extensible Markup Language) so that it can be listed more quickly.
